We worked with Joe and he was so personable and friendly and made the whole experience very easy. He was great with explaining things and how they work, and was very thorough. He was able to show me pictures of the inside of my furnace, and show me what needs done and why. I feel like Joe is a really down-to-Earth guy and he was so patient when explaining things - he's a great example of why we continue to go to Echol's when we need help with our furnace or our A/C.
I recently had Echols Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and AC system, and I’m very happy with the service. Tim and Shaquille were the installers — kind, attentive to questions, and even stayed past their hours so the job could be completed in one day. The team was always punctual and professional, taking time to explain everything and diving into technical details whenever I asked. What really sold me on Echols was that they follow up after installation to verify the system is working properly and ensure satisfaction. Shortly after the install, I noticed a cold bedroom and mentioned it during the follow-up with Tyler and Austin. The team came out several times to troubleshoot — Lance checked for possible duct modifications, Joe offered tips on airflow and an ideal duct layout for future improvements, and Austin adjusted the dampers to get more air to the room. They truly went the extra mile to make sure it was resolved. The team was also extremely reliable — always on time with vehicle tracking and never rescheduled. Tyler and Lance stood out to me the most for their care and professionalism while addressing my concerns throughout the process. I will definitely be using Echols Heating and Cooling for all my future HVAC needs.

JOE was so knowledgeable, very impressive. He even pointed out other issues, they we should be aware of to be addressed at some point. He did explain the Gold Membership but did not push and knew when his explanation was enough. My landlord was on speaker phone listening the entire time and appreciated him explaining everything. Thank you Joe! I have a cozy house now.
Our furnace was not working yesterday. I called and left Echols a meassage first thing in the morning. I received a return call within about an hour. The representative was extremely helpful and courteous. With the extreme cold temperatures in our area, she indicated that their schedule was full but that she would do her best to accommodate our service request asap. Within 3 hours, our repair technician, Jake C, arrived at our home. Jake was absolutely impressive. He took the time to fully diagnose and repair our furnace, answering any questions I had along the way. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Jake and the Echols team.
