Sellwood Medical Clinic

My NP recently joined Sellwood Medical and I followed her there because she is the absolute best. I just had my first appointment at this clinic and it was amazing. The clinic provides incredible patient customer service. It feels like a family who cares deeply for every patient, and they give such a plethora of time to each patient. Emma at the front desk greeted me with such immense kindness as soon as I arrived. She's personable, sweet, welcoming and such a wonderful face of the clinic. The level of kindness and personal attention that Emma provided me permeatedmy entire experience from start to finish, and I'm so deeply grateful.

We have regrettably had to leave Sellwood Pediatrics after 7 years seeing Dr Schwab. We love her and her MA, but the office practices have considerably gone down hill. The office staff is not friendly or helpful. Dr. Schwab's availability has gone down considerably at our chosen location in Sellwood so we have to book well child appts 1 year in advance. When they get cancelled by the doctor, the office sends out non-stop automated emails and phone calls outside of normal business hours until you call back to reschedule. A 6am call by an automated service is not appropriate for an appointment needing to be rescheduled in 6 months. It took 2 months for our appointment notes to be available and uploaded to the portal after our last well child visit. The final straw was when they refused to give my daughter a flu vaccine in the clinic and she had to pull her pants down in a cold parking lot. Love the doctors, have come to hate the practice unfortunately.
