I stay Comfort Suites all throughout the state and normally I am very pleased with the hotels. We booked this hotel and at first we thought it looked a little run down but we were still going to stay. Our room wasn't a 10/10 but it was okay (nothing I would have normally booked though if I would have saw the pictures prior.) However, we were traveling with another family and the first room had stains on the comforter, on the bed skirt, along the zipper there were multiple black spots (looked like bed bugs but nothing moving). They went downstairs and asked for another room due to the uncleanliness. The next room still stained sheets, comfort but then there was a living bedbug. Absolutely disgusting. We went downstairs and checked out immediately. Save your money and do NOT stay at this location. This place should be shut down.
Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Pittsburgh was less than stellar. The front desk interaction was pleasant. The breakfast staff was very nice. Honestly, they were the best part of the stay. The on-site restaurant was decent in price and food. Once we got to our suite area, it smelled of tobacco and strong cooking odor even though we were not close to the restaurant. The areas around our room were under remodeling so it was very dusty and noisy during the day. The bed was a full and not a Queen as advertised with only two pillows. There was only a light blanket. The temps got down to 30 at night. Our request for extra blankets and pillows were ignored. The bathroom door did not close completely. The tub leaked, and the floor behind the toilet was wet from constant leaking. The toilet paper roll was already half used-no extra. When I went to the front desk to ask for more, I got a box of tissue and a roll of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. The kitchen was disgusting. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. One plate so crusted in grease it was bumpy and sticky. There was leftover crumbs in the microwave and on the stove. The fridge was not level or clean. This stay was definitely not worth the money. I'm quite disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Comfortable, clean, and very convenient stay. We stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites Pittsburgh and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable — everything you need after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The bed was great, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the location is convenient for getting around Pittsburgh. Breakfast was also a nice bonus — simple, fresh, and well organized. A solid, reliable choice with good value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
Bathroom was very dirty, room smelled like vomit. Coffee maker did not work. Was plugged in and didn't turn on. Televsion remote needed new batteries. Did not work. Room key does not get you into the fitness center. You must wait in line and bother the front desk to let you in. Same with the pool. Snacks and drinks that can be purchased near the desk are unreasonably expensive. There are also cameras everywhere, with bright red lights. Weird vibe. Maybe ownership should focus on making sure their staff are motivated, and investing in the software that connects guest room keys to the fitness center. I guarantee that if your guests feel respected, your property will be treated with more respect. And none of your $5 candy bars will be stolen. Trash, honestly. Don't stay here.
Called day before for early check in to beat an incoming storm. Approved for 11:30-12:00 ck in and arrived around 1:15 or so. A room was NOT ready. Front desk person was hard to hear and understand and seemed extremely perturbed when asked to repeat. However, our room was updated and comfortable. Other staff were friendly and helpful.
