I had a fantastic stay here and honestly, this hotel really went above and beyond my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. There was plenty of space to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped at all. A great perk! The breakfast spread was really good, fresh, and had plenty of solid options to start the day right. Excellent and very convenient. Getting around the Pittsburgh area from here was incredibly easy.
Nice hotel - convenient location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Front desk staff - Yagna, Pradeep, Raj and Jackie are all so kind and helpful. Gracia from housekeeping gave us fresh towels and changed the garbage, it was much appreciated. Breakfast was great, food was good, great selection. Overall great experience, highly recommend if you are staying in the Pittsburgh area. 😊

Overall the stay was really good. It was me, my husband, and son who stayed. The location was very convenient to downtown and surrounding areas. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Overall the room was cleanly. Only thing I would say is that it appeared that when the room was vacuumed, maybe the sweeper filter was too full and it didn’t pick up as much on the carpet as I would have expected. Also, the bathroom could use a vent. But bedding was clean and comfortable. I’d definitely stay again here
We stayed at this hotel as the first stop on our cross-country road trip and, unfortunately, it was one of the more disappointing stays of our journey. Upon entering the hotel, we immediately noticed a strong smell of marijuana in both the lobby and the hallway leading to our room, which wasn't a great first impression. Once we got to our room, we realized the pillows didn't have pillowcases, so we had to contact the front desk to have them brought up. The hotel itself is showing its age and could benefit from significant updates. While everything was functional, the property felt dated, and the pool didn't appear to be as clean or well maintained as we would have expected. Overall, our experience fell short of expectations. Between the condition of the property, the cleanliness concerns, and the issues we encountered upon arrival, we would recommend looking at other hotels in the area if you have the option.
Absolutely disgusting this place is a dump!!!! Made reservations well over a month in advance & while making reservations THEY not us but they asked if we would need a crib & we said yes. They not only didn't save us one they didn't put anything in notes saying we needed one & even if they did they only have ONE! One crib for the whole hotel to share at any time... no cotts or anything to help accommodate my family after driving 3+hrs to get here & to not feel welcome here not even in the slightest!! I tried nicely to ask for my money back or some kind of reimbursement "what seems to be the problem" no manager in the building all I got was a business card with an email that I may get a hold of someone..... can't even call one on the phone?!! Absolutely ridiculous paid well over $300 a night & everything we ask for was denied & I feel like we were asking for basics. I dont like writing bad reviews but I felt I had to!! No remorse on their end... didn't even ask of what they could do to help make our stay any better NOTHING was offered they dont care about the people that stay here! Total disgrace!!
