Had a bad day, but Roger was able to help. He was super easy to get in contact with and jumped right in. Had an OI dropped to Reckless since I didn't do anything too stupid. Highly recommend!
Roger handled my expungement, he was very kind, thorough and did an excellent job. The communication was exceptional! 10 out of 10!
Called Rogers office 2 weeks before i had to appear in arraignment in mayors court. His partner sent the info to Roger and he got back to me a week before court and did everything he could to drop my charge to a minor misdemeanor with fines that were SUPER reasonable. His fee was the best i could find and his attitude was very comforting and made me feel at ease. I recommend him to ANYBODY that needs legal services!

Roger is wonderful to work with he quickly helped me file paperwork and took care of some expungement for me.
You would think when you get a lawyer your stress for the situation would be resolved, nope not with Roger. This was by far the biggest headache and most frustrating situation I have ever been a part of. First, Roger and his team (Stevie) are not the most communicative. There was no pre-meeting prior to the court and the only times I would even se Roger are whenever court was, and he would try to brief me in the 2 seconds that he has on what I should do/say. Finally, once we reached some form of conclusion, Roger had handed me a card and told me to reach out to the prosecution office to make payment. Upon reaching out to him, I was told to hold off and wait until he reaches the plaintiff, After waiting months, AND following up with him, he told me to continue to wait. Only now to find out my case went to collections because payment was not made. Go figure. Once I reach out to Roger again to see if maybe he can help me out of this situation because I was just following his orders, he shared my frustration and made it seem like he will come to the rescue and resolved my problems. But of course, I should have realized, I am working with Roger. He talks to the court to tell me that I have to make the payment to collections and there's nothing that he can do, when all I was doing was trying to be a good citizen and make payment. I had worked with them a previous time before this, and truthfully it was not as bad as this but had its own problems. The first time I had went with them there were similar problems, but because the overall outcome was positive I thought maybe the ends justify the means. But no, especially when I was never provided the 135 (still waiting for my 135 by the way :) )Stevie had told me they would pay for my inconvenience because according to them, in their 12 years of working in private practice that this is very abnormal. Again, not with Roger. I have hired him twice and for god knows why but I will never, ever go to them again. If you were smart, I'd advise the same to you or anyone considering using Roger ever again for any of your problems. Please save your energy so I can feel at peace for wasting mine. To respond to Robert's response, I tried to pay the fine and called the prosecutor who you told me to reach out to and did not receive a notification. I had changed addresses back in 2023 so not sure why they had the old address. You are correct it was not yours but it was your responsibility to tell me where to pay. You told me today where to go but the front desk said I cannot pay there. So thank you again for confirming how you are a headache to deal with and that you do not even accept fault on where the problem was had. Thank you Roger, for proving my point. If you want a lawyer to fight with you, get Roger! If you want a lawyer to fight for you, look somewhere else.....
