Zach Setzer knocked on our door several months ago asking if we would like a free roof inspection. He had just been hired by Kaiser. Fast forward to last Thursday and we have a beautiful new roof! Zach, Jackson other team members worked with our insurance company and got a full replacement approved. They met the adjuster at our house and worked diligently to get us through the process. Zach is a breath of fresh air! He is thorough, a great communicator, patient, honest and a delight to work with. It took me forever to decide what color shingle we wanted and he provided address after address of houses with new roofs for us to look at! Once that was decided, they communicated with a delivery date of materials and came two days later at 6:15 am and finished the entire project by 8 pm the same day. The work included tear off, cutting in ridge vents, replacing 17 sheets of plywood, replacing two skylights, removal of the attic fan and complete clean up that included replacing several heavy plant pots on the patio! The crew worked non-stop to get 4200 sf of roof done all in a day. Amazing to watch. I have been in the construction industry for 40 years and I have rarely witnessed a project that compared to this one. I have recommended Kaiser Roofing to several friends. The best part of all though was meeting Zach who is only 20 years old and seeing such an amazing work ethic, energy and enthusiasm in someone his age!!! We have had him for dinner twice and I hope to continue to watch him as his career soars!!!

I’ve spent over a year working with Kaiser Roofing after we had two hail damage occurrences. I only wish my insurance company was as easy to deal with as Kaiser has been. While all my neighbors who had different insurance companies got new roofs, two of my neighbors who had the same insurance company initially were denied by our insurance carrier. Had it not been for the thoroughness of Patrick & Dan from Kaiser in particular, I’m sure that all three of our homes would be dealing with leaky, damaged roofs instead of the beautiful, water-tight roofs that Kaiser installed for all of our homes. Kaiser’s patience & tenacity were key to all of us getting new roofs after initially being denied by the same insurance company. All of my many neighbors that also chose Kaiser have been thrilled that I introduced them to Kaiser. The Kaiser team was extremely thorough in the evaluation/estimating process (including drone photos & detailed explanations of the process) through installation, clean-up, & finalization of the project (including final drone photos of the finished product). Want your roof done right with professionalism, tenacity, advocacy, & peace of mind? I can’t think of anyone I’d recommend more than Kaiser. I’ve had multiple roofs installed after 35 years of home ownership. Kaiser has been hands-down the best roofing company I’ve chosen.
