Excellent experience all around. I came in for an oil change and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. The price was fair, the service was fast, and there were no upsells or pressure just honest, efficient work. Shoutout to Joe for taking great care of me and making the process smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.
This was my first experience with Asher Auto Care, and it definitely won't be my last. I think I've finally found a mechanic in Dallas! The staff was professional, friendly and attentive. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The lobby is clean, cozy and inviting. Their communication throughout was excellent, and they even covered an uber home and back to make the process easier. Definitely recommend bringing your car or truck here for service.

Had service done here. Had to bring my car back a second time because the issue they were addressing was not fixed. Months later I realized my hood release lever was broken while going to get an oil change. I took it back because they were the last people to open the hood of my car. They told me it would be $700 to fix it primarily because of labor and would be willing to split the cost 50/50 so I would be out of pocket $350. I took it by Caliber Collision the next day for a second opinion. The gentleman that was looking at it to give me a quote fixed it in less than 5 mins. Said it was a simple piece that had been detached due to pulling the latch too hard. Didn’t charge me anything. He told me it’s sad these people were going to initially charge me $700 but even made it sound like a deal for $350 to snap right back on a piece their mechanic pulled too hard and made loose. The guy at the front desk told me at Asher Auto told me this was not repairable, would have to be replaced and labor would be pricy when that was not the truth. Now it works just fine. These people at Asher are deceptive and I would caution anyone to at least get a second opinion prior to going with them to get work done. I can settle with an honest pay for service but to lie and tell me something was broken when it wasn’t is beyond terrible.

Brenton took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and I could tell they truly take pride in what they do. It’s not easy to find an auto shop that’s both honest and reliable, but Asher Auto Care absolutely delivers on both. I really appreciate how respectful and transparent they were throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Asher Auto Care to anyone looking for quality service and great customer care.
I had a great experience at Asher once again. I’ve brought two vehicles here and they exceeded my expectations both times. For my 09 Honda CRV, Pep Boys told me that I needed a new a/c compressor. I’m glad I came here because it turns out that wasn’t even the problem. Asher took the time to actually find the problem with my car and repaired accordingly. I also took my 99 Dodge Ram 1500 for an oil change where they perform a sort of inspection while they have it. Upon that inspection they were able to inform me of a couple of issue I had with my truck that I was unaware of. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection and the fact that they were able to provide me with a link where pictures were uploaded as well as a short description of what they found. While you’re waiting they also have refreshments available for your convenience. 10/10 I highly recommend this place
