The hotel is in a very good location, close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. Before booking, I read several reviews and they were mixed, but mostly positive. Many mentioned that the hotel is currently being remodeled, which I understood going in. Check-in was easy, although there was an issue with my payment during the third shift. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful in resolving it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room we were given was very outdated. While it was generally clean, the sofa was absolutely disgusting—heavily stained and should honestly be thrown out. I did not sit or sleep on it at all. The ceiling had small water stains, and the bathtub drain was rusted, which made the room feel poorly maintained. I didn’t complain because we were only there for one night to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The pool was cold and not heated as expected. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. I did request a late checkout, but the morning staff apparently did not receive the message. I was hassled by staff asking for my room number and what time I would be leaving, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to get a good night’s rest. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the room condition needs serious attention, especially if the hotel is still welcoming guests during renovations.
I picked this hotel based off the name and expected better. The front desk staff were constantly on their phones in a room beside the front desk. At check out I was told just to put my key in the box. The lady didn't even look up from her phone or come out of the room. Our hotel room looked ok at first glance but there was stainings on all the blankets, stains on the carpet, hair in the bathroom floors etc. We kept our shoes on and our shoes were dirty from the carpet. The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine didn't work which is the coolest part when you stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The juices were extremely watered down. Everything tasted microwaved and just not good. The person running the breakfast however was extremely friendly and kept up with it. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

I was booked here by my employer after having a poor experience at another hotel. Upon arrival I was greeted by Carlo and he was extremely polite and accommodating. He got me checked in with ease and moved on to my associates who were also checking in. He accommodated my room request perfectly which was a very nice gesture. The lobby was updated and very clean. My room was also clean and met all expectations. This hotel was quiet with no bothersome noise disturbances.
Checked in the Friday 19th of February, check out wasn't until 12 noon the next day. I went out to my truck for about 15mins 9:45am on Saturday just to come back to my room a (king) on the 2nd floor with the door cracked open and a cleaner was inside sitting on my couch next to my things what appeared to be him eating breakfast.. I asked him why he was in my room, he said nothing but sorry and ran out the room claiming he would let management know... , with my things clearly visible, a room clearly in use still...I called the front desk asking why he was in my room soo early. They informed me nobody was to be in my room... I spent the next hr going through my things instead of relaxing for a drive. I was annoyed... I spoke to a woman that came to my room about 12 trying to rush me out of the room after the interruption from earlier, she said she would address the matter with the general manager.. and as I left the same guy was cleaning the room next to mine... overall rating was [strange] I don't believe I'd stay there again, I wonder if the whole chain is this way... As I typically stay at Hiltons... Management is encouraged to reach out to me if they ever plan on me being a customer again... The room didn't even have a microwave for $150/night. The pool looked nice, but I was unwilling to leave my room again until my checkout...
I booked two nights at this hotel for my cousin's birthday, to swim and relax. When we arrived the jacuzzi was down and algae was growing in it. The "heated" swimming pool was FREEZING cold. Apparently the heating in the pool had been broken for awhile and they haven't done a thing about it. Which would be okay if they stated that on their official website, but they do not. The pool room was very cheap, tiles were falling off the walls and the walls/floor of the pool were extremely rough. It left bruises and cuts on our nuckles, elbows and knees. Rooms were clean so ill give it that, though our room cards kept locking us out and we had to keep getting new ones. The coffee machine in the hotel room was also broken and did not work. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
