Patricia made the breakfast bar wonderful. Everything was fresh and in good condition. There was fresh hot and cold cereals, yogurts, bread goods, milk, juice and coffee with all the condiments. Also available was a pancake cooker, toaster and microwave. Patricia kept all these clean and functioning. We always saw her out restocking and cleaning. She was smiling and so pleasant especially being so busy while keeping so many of us fed and satisfied. I have never seen a hotel hostess like her before.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Holiday Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we got here. Check in was a breeze. In the morning, we checked out the hot breakfast and we were very pleasantly surprised! What a fantastic breakfast! The coffee is absolutely outstanding, and I am very picky about my coffee. They also had a very large container of cooked Quaker Oatmeal ready to go, and that was my second great surprise. It was delicious, properly prepared and served! I really really enjoyed that. They also had bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, bagels, English muffin, bread, pancake station, sweet rolls, and other things. Did I mention that the coffee is delicious? All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful stay here. We would definitely come again.

My issue is the same as some of the others. It appears the hot tub has been broken for at least 4 months. That is the first and most important question that I ask when I book, is the hot tub working. Supposedly it was working but by the time we got here a very similar sign was posted on the door that the hot tub is not working. It said it's not working today, one look at the hot tub and it hasn't been working for a while. Breakfast food is mediocre at best. I do have to compliment the stuff though everyone that we've come in contact with has been wonderful. But if you're paying for something and you're not getting it there's no point in paying for it again. Will not be coming back here
I booked two nights at this hotel for my cousin's birthday, to swim and relax. When we arrived the jacuzzi was down and algae was growing in it. The "heated" swimming pool was FREEZING cold. Apparently the heating in the pool had been broken for awhile and they haven't done a thing about it. Which would be okay if they stated that on their official website, but they do not. The pool room was very cheap, tiles were falling off the walls and the walls/floor of the pool were extremely rough. It left bruises and cuts on our nuckles, elbows and knees. Rooms were clean so ill give it that, though our room cards kept locking us out and we had to keep getting new ones. The coffee machine in the hotel room was also broken and did not work. Overall I do not recommend this hotel.
Kaitland at the front desk was awesome, and helpful. She made sure we had all we needed. We talked about the area, etc., and she checked on our vehicle in the night. Amy the following morning when we checked out was also wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable, we would've taken advantage of the pool and laundry if we had stayed another day..they were also clean and well lit.
