I love a good steakhouse and this will be in my top 5 for sure! Good vibes, music, with a nice atmosphere is a plus. The presentation of the food is key but the taste was phenomenal. Every employee in there was friendly and made sure we were taken care of to make this a pleasant experience. I would recommend eating here at night because of the lights and decorations plus a live DJ.
This is was my boyfriend and I first time here, overall I would rate the experience a 7/10, the food was amazing but when we first sat down we were greeted with gnats landing on our bread. We were able to move tables after alerting our waiter. After we moved tables we didn’t see anymore gnats until I was in the middle of eating my steak and a gnat landed on it, the waiter was very prompt in bringing us a manager who then took my steak and offered a free dessert and a remake of my steak. My only issue was still being fully charged for the steak but otherwise the experience was great. I’m not sure of the name of the waiter but he did an excellent job!

We had an amazing date night at STK Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the tone for a great evening. We took our waiter’s recommendation and ordered the porterhouse with sides of potato gratin and asparagus—and everything was absolutely on point. My wife started with the oysters on the half shell, and she absolutely loved them. From the bread to the main course, it was truly 5-star service and flavor. Every bite was worth it, and the overall experience had us ready to come back the very next day. This is definitely another top spot in Charlotte for a perfect date night.
Yesterday I visited STK Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day and had an absolutely amazing time. The special Valentine’s menu was outstanding and made the evening feel extra special. The steak was cooked perfectly, the lobster tail was tender and flavorful, and the King Crab pasta was absolutely delicious. Even the sides impressed us — the asparagus was perfectly grilled and seasoned just right. The appetizers were amazing as well, but my personal favorite was the Caviar Kisses, mini caviar pancakes — such a unique and indulgent bite that really stood out. What truly made the night exceptional was our server, GiGi. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Her recommendations were spot-on and her service elevated the whole experience. Overall, it was a memorable evening with great food, great service, and a perfect Valentine’s atmosphere. NOPE. The food is so overpriced for the quality. I mean they suggested I order the Delmonico steak. I did. It was not good AT ALL. The STK sauce they suggested was nasty. The sides were mid. Whatever type of butter they use has this nasty taste to it. The upstairs area is so dark with horrible red lighting. You can barely read the menu. The drinks were ok but the food is way to overpriced to be nasty with no seasoning. I'm not sure what the hype is about this place but the steak definitely ain't it.
