This company was hired to complete a job at Great Lakes Mall, including removing tile and mortar and properly prepping the floor. Unfortunately, their work was subpar and unacceptable. They left all the metal posts in the ground, which were not standard and should have been removed as part of the job. It was clear they were cutting corners throughout the process. Additionally, several workers appeared unfit for the job, raising concerns about possible drug use. These individuals should undergo drug testing, especially when working in facilities like this. When I attempted to address these issues and requested to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge, I was repeatedly stonewalled and denied the opportunity to escalate my concerns. It became clear that this company only cares about money and not about providing quality work, meeting standards, or ensuring customer satisfaction. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise hiring a more professional team that values quality, accountability, and customer care over profits

Horrible company to work with if you don’t have 100 million to spend. They will put you on the back burner and never get around to your project. Horrible management. Horrible quality of work. 0/10 experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
