The scope of work included removing the old siding, installing new siding, repairing all of my window trims, and redesigning my porch—and everything was done beautifully. Gomez is a licensed general contractor in Washington State with over 10 years of experience, and it truly shows in the quality of his work. The team was professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The siding installation was precise, and the finished look completely transformed the home. They also did an excellent job repairing the window trims, leaving everything clean and well-finished. The porch redesign was another highlight—it not only improved the structure but also enhanced the overall appearance. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the crew was always punctual and respectful of my property. Everything was completed as promised, and the final city inspection went smoothly, which gave me great peace of mind. Gomez GC did an excellent job painting our townhouse, buffing floors, and some doing additional fixes in record time. They were flexible on additional minor fixes. I would hire them again.

My back door, door frame was rotting out. I've needed it fixed for some time. I wanted to use a local contractor for the job, and I found Gomez General Contractor LLC on google maps. Mr. Gomez came to my house, looked at the project, checked the structure underneath the house in the crawl space and proposed a fix. His bid included the frame repair and purchase and installation of a metal awning to prevent continued water intrusion. His bid price was the same as other contractors had quoted for a simple frame repair not including the new awning. This was huge savings. Mr. Gomez ordered the awning and offered to complete the job one week earlier than originally scheduled. I said yes. His crew came out, worked hard, fast and professionally. The job was completed in one day. The carpentry was exact and exquisite. The awning he obtained was of high quality, looks great and met all my expectations. I give Gomez GC LLC my highest recommendations and will use him services in the future.
