I got my 2002 4runner in 2019. Since then this the only shop I frequent. Pretty sure they know my truck inside and out. Fair pricing and quick turn around. If u have an older model car with emissions issues this is the shop for you.
I had them check out something odd happening under the hood. They confirmed all was good and didn’t charge me for their time and help. These folks are honest and do good work.
Just had my 105 k mile service done on my Honda Odyssey, which I bought used at 97 k mi. They did a great job and also will call and check to make sure if certain things had already been done, which is a big thing for me. Feeling great about taking the van on the road now.

1. Left a part hanging loose in the engine. When I asked to diagnose the rattling noise, they pretended not to hear it. It turned out to be a bolt holding the exhaust heat shield. 2. Quote 500 to replace a downstream o2 sensor, simple bolt on part, hung up on me when I balked at the price. Edited --- cooled down and realized 1 star was just anger, but the 3 stars is deserved. It’s so hard these days to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, but I finally feel relieved knowing I now have a place I can depend on. I originally went to Hyundai, and they wanted to charge a high diagnostic fee without giving me any real direction. When I called this shop, the person on the phone was extremely patient, explained the entire process, and made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. I was able to drop my car off after hours on Sunday evening, which was very convenient. They contacted me Monday afternoon and also sent a detailed message explaining everything they found during the diagnostics. Their communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring. They discovered the real issue right away — a missing brake caliper bracket bolt with stripped threads, which was a serious safety concern. They rethreaded the bracket, installed the correct bolt, and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. I was able to pick up my car on Tuesday with the issue completely resolved. My car is driving smoothly again, the knocking noise is gone, and I feel so much safer on the road. I truly appreciate their honesty, communication, and thorough attention to detail. I’m glad to have finally found a mechanic I can trust. Highly recommend!
