I hired Malek Law Firm for my son who was charged of F1 Rape & F3 Sexual Battery in Portage County Common Pleas. When I tell you that after my 1st phone call with Linda I knew she was the one. My son and I went in the office for a consultation with Linda & Chris my first instinct was confirmed. The firm worked so hard for our family. I have dealt with many lawyers and never could I say 100% trusted their word & work. We took our case to trial and WON!!!! We received a Not Guilty on both charges after 2 hours. I have never been charged with anything before, not even a speeding ticket, so you can imagine my surprise and dismay when I received a letter saying I was set to be arraigned in court. Unfortunately the letter I received was very basic and omitted even what I was being charged with. I had no clue who to go to, so I turned to Google and found Malek Law Firm was highly rated and so I decided to go in for a consultation. Attorney Chris Vogt was the one who met with me and he was immediately able to get me a copy of what I was being charged with, he gave me the paper before I even signed him on to my case. The case against me was a very weak one using a very loose interpretation of a law without much evidence, so also before having him take my case he said he felt like most attorneys would be able to successfully challenge it if I wanted to look around to anyone else. I loved that honesty from the start and I can say he was worth every penny. He messaged back frequently even at one point messaging me on the 4th of July. Also, at one point there was a false allegation made against me during the case, I texted Chris letting him know the police wanted to talk to me, within a couple minutes, he had asked me for the cop’s number and he made a call for me assuring the officer that there was no merit to the accusation. I was very impressed with that quick response. He got the case dismissed for me so I get to keep my record intact, and due to the allegation made during the case offered that if any other allegations get made that I can call him anytime and he will help get ahead of it and stop it for no extra cost. I know the reputation lawyers have, but Chris is definitely not the stereotype. He cares deeply about his clients, will fight for their best interest every step of the way and also isn’t afraid to tell you like it is. The honesty and compassion is refreshing and his calm demeanor really gives you confidence that he knows what he’s doing. If you’re looking for legal help, just make your life much easier and choose the Malek Law Firm, you won’t regret it! I can’t thank you enough for all your help getting my record cleared so I can get back to my normal life.

Living in Florida, I Had an issue with an outstanding warrant from a traffic issue in 2007 in Ohio, I had forgotten about. Contacted Malek Law. Immediately they got back to me via text. Chris Vogt, a lawyer with the firm was actually at the courthouse at that moment and spoke directly to the judge. Within days my case was cleared up and behind me. Chris filed all motions and although I never had to appear they were prepared to handle everything via Zoom so I did not have to travel to Ohio. Great firm, great communication, high integrity and strong competency in their craft. Highly recommend.
