Wow. Just wow. We’ve worked with several service crews over the years in various home maintenance areas, and Howald has never, ever disappointed. They seem to be one of the last remaining honest professional groups out there. We had an annual maintenance for our AC unit today, and our almost 10-year unit looks brand (see pictures for that shine)!! There were no overly aggressive or pushy sales tactics or up charges. Recommendations that were made were related to specific questions I had asked. I felt like I could fully trust our technician, Anthony, who was incredibly patient with all my questions and very kind to my squirrelly toddler. I am so grateful for these trustworthy, non-aggressive, local professionals.
Nelson came out this morning for my HVAC system maintenance. He was professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to check over the whole system and explain each checkpoint as he went. I signed up for the yearly maintenance contract for a single year but I will be extending that indefinitely, no need to look further this is my HVAC company. Highly recommend!

Brandon W was very thorough, sought out the problem, and then replaced the outside spigot at our request. A year ago Brandon replaced our water heater that was leaking and replaced a poorly installed bladder done by another company. He has also replaced bathroom faucets and drains for us. He’s a great guy and does a wonderful job! I highly recommend him and the Howald Company for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. Howald is a name you can trust!
Howald is a great company to work with!! They always work with us to get something scheduled as soon as possible. I do not know how big the organization is but it feels like you are dealing with a family. And Josh is fantastic!! Smart, skilled and extremely personable!! He always takes the time to stop and explain what is going on.
If my water heater had to go out, I’m glad that John was sent to replace it! John helped me trouble shoot over the phone and was equally kind and respectful in person. I appreciated his professional demeanor and it is evident he is skilled in his role. He was even concerned about my cat being safe before he started his work. Howald is lucky to have an employee like John.
