I recently had my AC and furnace tuned up, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ira was the technician who came out, and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He made sure both systems were running efficiently and it’s clear he really cares about doing quality work and making sure customers feel confident in their equipment. Highly recommend this company, and especially Ira if you get the chance—great service all around!
Great experience with Broad Ripple Service Experts! In-Cho and David came out yesterday to install attic insulation and did an amazing job. They were fast, professional, and very friendly. They also caught and corrected issues from a previous installation, making sure everything was done properly. I’m confident my heating and cooling will be much more efficient now. Highly recommend!

In-Cho & David installed my insulation and I cannot speak high enough of their service. While they were in my ceiling they found an issue with my bathroom vent and immediately notified me and fixed it. I am so grateful for their efficiency and customer service. I highly recommend the Broad Ripple Service Expert team!! They are fast and they are efficient and that will save me a lot on my heating and air conditioning bills!!
Ira provided excellent, professional service yesterday in cleaning and checking my A/C system, to ensure it is ready to handle the summer heat. He was courteous inside and outside my home, and provided information about the services performed. He asked me a couple of times if I had questions or concerns, which I appreciated. He arrived within the timeframe I was given when making the appointment. I am very satisfied with Service Experts/BRAC and services offered, and provided, by this company. Kudos!
Had and issue with my HVAC needing a repair. Called Broad Ripple Service Experts to come out and take a look at it. They spent ~15 mins diagnosing it, saying it was a reversing valve, saying it would be a costly repair, fair enough, then spent the next 20-30 trying to sell my an all new unit inside and out and to be added to their program for roughly ~$20k. I go a second opinion and the diagnosis was completely wrong from Broad Ripple Service Experts. Had another company Sweet's Heating & Cooling HVAC based in Indy come out and give diagnosis that it was electrical and cleaning. They did everything for $800 and air works perfectly now. I tried to get a refund from Service experts, since i basically paid them to come out to sell me a new unit? but they denied it. All this to say don't call them if you need a repair done, its a scam, at least my experience was, and looking at other reviews seems like a common theme. IDK, this isn't a promo for Sweets HVAC but they did an excellent job, so will go to their page next and give a raving review after leaving this terrible one.
