Great location! Close to everything ! Front desk staff was very polite and professional and Informative . Matt was a superstar! Cool infinity pool , dope gym and a cool game room !! The heat works a little too good lol. The Valet next door was superb! Bathroom could use some paint
Perfect stay. I was here for a work conference for 4 days. My flight arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, but Joy at the front desk gave me access to the shared workspace upstairs, where I was able to connect to Wifi, take work calls, print documents, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice amenities, friendly service. For runners, great location to run along the lake. I’d love to come back!
Our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable and well designed, basically divided into three areas. The bed was great, the space was generous, and the view was beautiful. We stayed in unit 1605, which had a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect if you want to cook or prepare something yourself. The hotel offers several convenient options, including ordering and picking up food right on site. Special mention to Joy, who gave us outstanding service from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind and helpful — truly exceptional hospitality. There are only two small points to keep in mind: 1. Location: the hotel is in the southern part of the city, a bit away from the main tourist attractions, which are mostly in the north. That said, getting around is very easy by metro, Uber, or Lyft. 2. Room service: since the hotel operates partly as an apartment-style property, there’s no room service. However, each unit has its own washer and dryer, which is super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and very well managed. Definitely recommend it.

I had an outstanding experience at Sentral Michigan Ave and couldn’t be happier with my stay! From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel incredibly welcomed. They were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Chicago, with everything I needed just steps away. Whether I was heading to a meeting or exploring the city, it was the perfect home base. The valet service was also top-notch. Fast, courteous, and reliable. It was a true convenience that made a big difference during my stay. The amenities were the cherry on top. From the beautifully designed common spaces to the fitness center and rooftop views, everything was thoughtfully maintained and truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend Sentral Michigan Ave to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in Chicago.
Very friendly staff!! Different from a regular hotel, more like staying in an apartment which was nice for the space, kitchen, etc. It was also much quieter than most hotels! No room service or house keeping during the stay, but I rarely use either so that was fine with me. They still have other amenities like a gym.
