🤩 Control Tech is AMAZING 🤩 When my heat pump went out and I needed a new furnace, Control Tech truly stepped up. Even though there were a couple of minor hiccups during the initial setup, they handled everything quickly and professionally. Doug and Juvi were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I received one of the best systems available at a very fair and affordable price. Their attention to detail really impressed me. I’ll admit — I’m a bit OCD when it comes to neatness and quality workmanship. Everything has to be clean, organized, and done right. These guys exceeded my expectations. The installation was spotless, precise, and clearly done with pride. Control Tech made me feel valued as a customer and ensured I was completely satisfied with both the system and the installation. If you’re considering HVAC work, I highly recommend giving them a call. Based on my experience, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed Ask them about the Costco discount- it’s definitely huge savings ⭐️
We called Control Tech for a second opinion after our AC was struggling to keep our home cool and comfortable. They diagnosed a refrigerant leak in our nearly 13-year-old system and clearly explained our options without any pressure. Everyone we worked with was excellent. Austin Q. was thorough during troubleshooting, Jeremy B. did a great job walking us through the replacement options and quotes, and Calvin and Christian handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit. Calvin and Christian worked nearly nonstop from 8:00 AM until after 6:00 PM. Even when the job became more challenging because of issues left by the previous installers, Calvin handled everything with patience, professionalism, and great attention to detail. Christian was also helpful and hardworking, especially as a newer technician. Calvin went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and still took time to answer my questions. Control Tech is fortunate to have him on their team, and we are grateful for the care and effort everyone put into helping us. I would absolutely recommend Control Tech to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC service. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. Very knowledgeable, courteous, thorough experience with Collin last evening. Feeling bad to call someone out after hours prior to him showing up, he was more than glad to help us out with our furnace issues and we were very pleased with the service we received. Austin Q. came to repair the furnace on New Years Eve. He was awesome. He was very professional and polite. I observed him install the part making sure everything fit appropriately and double checked to make sure no gas leak. Entire experience with Control Tech was great. Josh, who diagnosed the issue yesterday was also excellent. Strongly recommend Control Tech from Zionsville.
