Sales Rep was very knowledgable and personable. We very much appreciated his good followup and attention to details and answering all of our questions - he worked with us to get the best hvac system at the best pricepoint. We looked at probably 6 different companies and landed with MJ Frick. The installers were pros and were efficient, on time, and cleaned up after the install was complete. Very pleased.
I can't say enough good things about Jordan! He is trustworthy, honest, and backs up what he says as a salesman for this company. We purchased and had them install a ductless unit as well as a whole house de-humidifier and air purifier. Jordan has made sure that the installation has been done properly as of yet. This gentleman is an asset to the company and I will be using them in the future as well as signing up for their yearly maintenance program. Kevin did a great job as well. This team has great communication and is extremely thorough that they exceed your expectations as well get the job done right!

Had a very good experience. We had a plumbing issue with our tub and they were able to come within 2 hours. Fixed the issue and were very upfront about costs too. They were fair and knowledgeable!
I called late at night because I heard a loud pop and then my basement smelled like fireworks went off. Mason came late and was great! While he was not able to fix it on the spot because it needed parts etc. he was able to diagnose the problem and gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company!
