Jeremiah and Joseph saved the day for me. Quick diagnostic, helpful review of options - all while dealing with a fair case of nerves from me. I came to High 5 a couple of years ago based on an emergency sewer line cleaning. I was impressed then, and I remain impressed now. My install ran into some issues in my attic that kept Chris and his apprentice on site almost 12 hours. Chris was communicative, kind, helpful, and didn't leave til the job was done. I couldn't be happier.
Our recent project to replace out sewer line couldn’t have gone more smoothly thanks to High 5. Luis explained everything thoroughly and managed each step of the project, and Jesus was awesome with communication and replacement of our old cast iron line and help from Levi to complete the project. The rest of the team members were also professional and hardworking, although sadly I didn’t catch everyone’s name. I’d highly recommend High 5 and will refer all our friends and neighbors!

Dude, my house and my life are chaos right now. The kids are home all day, the dogs are always a lot, and we had a major flood in our home six months ago we are still recovering from. I was dreading having another technician come out and disrupt what little quiet we have. Shawn Collier however was great. He was positive, friendly and no-stress. He was great with the dogs and did his job quietly and quickly. He assessed our HVAC unit and provided recommendations and services in a clear and thoughtful way. I can’t say how much I appreciate Shawn and how awesome he is!
Justin was extremely professional and thorough in helping us diagnose our sprinkler problems. Even though they don't do the type of landscaping we ultimately needed, he went out his way to check things, patiently explain how to identify various problems, and taught us how to ask the right questions. They did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our old furnace and AC unit with a sleek, more energy-efficient heat pump and HVAC system. Their professionalism and respect for our property were evident throughout the entire process.
