I don’t think my situation could have turned out any better than it did, and if I could go back, I’d just rehire him right away without hesitation. Professionally he has tons of experience and knowledge. Personally he’s relatable, straight forward, and seems like the type of guy you’d love to hang out with. He would even ask me how my daughter is doing and give me little bits of advice using stories of him and his daughter.
