Good location. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway and other attractions. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our group of six to hang out. Great showers also! My only critique would be that the floors need a good cleaning. The customer service was very responsive which I really appreciated!
I have never stayed in a location that was so welcoming that felt like home and had people at your every beck and call. I was astonished and pleased all at the same time. They respond to email, chat and text messages. I needed new utensils for cooking and within 20 minutes they were there. I'm not leaving AvantStay ever and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an elevated experience.
Great location! Parking included! That was the only thing good about our stay. I felt like I was staying in a dirty dorm ! A dorm room from the 90’s. VERY loud outside noise! Earplugs didn’t help! Safe your money!! Don’t stay here!!

Location was a bit away from most stuff but I knew this when booking, it was pretty quiet, the staff was very attenditve via text to ensure I was all good. The bed was amazing, really comfortable, spacious room, bathroom was nice, towells and sheets smelled great which is a huge plus. Would book again if going back to Nashville!
No full-time on-site management. The keypad malfunctioned, locking me out of the unit at night. The phone number provided disconnected several times; they did not respond immediately to texts, and the chat function on their website did not work. It took 20 minutes to reset the keypad, which finally worked. The agent was very nice and polite, but I was really frustrated with how difficult it was to get assistance, especially with no one on-site full time. This place was filled with noisy partiers. The rooms come with a noise machine and a jar full of foam earplugs, which is not a good sign. It is very noisy all night long from the other guests partying all night long. The walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything in the adjacent units and outside (lots of road noise and loud cars). They do provide a white noise machine and a jar full of foam earplugs, which was not a great sign.
