Best experience I've ever had with car maintenance. Showed up for an appointment, was taken care of right away and done before I knew it. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, tooke to the garage to show me exactly what was wrong and gave me a ballpark estimate before they started, which was way better than expected. Once finished, they showed me the repair that was made and I was on my way. Not that I'm looking forward to another car repair, but I am looking forward to another great experience at Market Street Muffler to take care of it when it does come up. Thanks everyone for everything today!!

This place sold us a car (2013 Chevy Cruze- White) that was listed runs great, no problems, mechanic on site! He reassured us by saying his mechanic had been driving it for 6 months! It's a great car! We had this car 6 days and noticed the oil was leaking badly! Air conditioner didn't work after he told us it was fine! We took it to a shop and were told that the oil gasket had MULTIPLE leaks and had previously been GLUED IN PLACE OF MISSING BOLTS, to prevent leaking. AFTER DRIVING THE CAR AND AS THE ENGINE BEGAN TO HEAT UP THE GLUE WAS MELTING. I called the shop, after multiple attempts HE AGREED to fix it. After supposedly fixing it, we had it back 4 days NOTHING WAS FIXED. We tried to call him again and no answer or return call! Still leaks badly and air conditioner still does not work! I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Overpriced for junk! They shop auctions and don't fix their vehicles before re-selling them! And customer service sucks!
I've been a long time customer, you just can't find better quality work. The price for repair work is always reasonable and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend Ray and his team!
