I often travel to the Spring / Conroe area of Houston. When I require a hotel and I am interested in an efficient place to stay, I often choose the SureStay off I-45 near Sawdust Rd. The SureStay is an economical hotel without any of the issues that economic hotels often have. The rooms are clean and modern with nice beds (I generaly choose the King rooms). The location is in a quiet corner of an otherwise bustling part of town, which has every kind of restaurant and entertainment you could want. The hotel has the features that you would expect to have - Abundant parking, Air conditioning, WiFi, Television, Esential Toiletries, Swimming Pool and Free breakfast. As part of the Best Western chain, the hotel benefits from the years of hotel management experience that Best Western has. You will have a nice stay with no surprises and the price will be quite reasonable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I had a great stay at SureStay by Best Western in Spring, Texas. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The breakfast is simple but very convenient and has everything you need to start your day. Overall, it’s an excellent option if you're visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Honestly, pretty good for the price, and the location was surprisingly quiet. I slept very well. The only thing I would complain about is no eggs for breakfast (maybe I couldn't find them tho), but that is more because I have a pork sensitivity. Had the pretty standard breakfast amenities, so it's a pretty good location overall. It's not fancy, but it's a good place if you just need something standard.
First, I appreciate that the room did appear clean. The problem is that the building is not being cared for and getting rundown. The provided breakfast was mediocre at best. The people were proficient but not welcoming.
They say they price match but that's not true. I've been trying to book 5 nights and oomph be is taking forever on their site so I used trip.com and due to card issues I couldn't pay online. So when I offered to pay cash, I was told that they couldn't match it they had to charge full price. So 278.79 to 337. Im dumbfounded and have been waiting 30mins already to get into a room. Omg and it's freezing!
