I can’t say enough good things about Bee’s Plumbing & Heating after they completed a major upgrade to the heating and hot-water system in our 1909 Craftsman home. What started with a few relatively minor plumbing repairs turned into one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had. A few weeks earlier, Travis came out to help with some plumbing issues and did an excellent job. During that visit, I mentioned our aging radiant-heating system. I honestly had no idea Bee’s also had this level of expertise with hydronic and radiant heat systems. Travis connected me with Jeff, their radiant-heating specialist, and that turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. Before quoting anything, Jeff came to the house, carefully assessed our existing system, listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and patiently answered a lot of questions. Our nearly 120-year-old house has four radiant heating zones, older controls, and decades of plumbing history, so this was definitely not a simple “remove one box and install another” project. Over three days, Jeff, Travis, and Andreas replaced our traditional gas water heater with a Navien NCB-240 combi system, integrating both domestic hot water and all four radiant-heating zones. The work was executed flawlessly. Jeff clearly takes pride in doing things the right way—the piping was thoughtfully rerouted and installed with an almost craftsman-like attention to detail. What impressed me most was that Jeff went well beyond simply installing the new equipment. He took the time to map out the existing radiant zones, troubleshoot and reinstall the older controls and thermostats, calibrate the system, and make sure everything was operating properly. He also explained what he was doing along the way, which gave me a lot of confidence that the system wasn’t just installed ... it was actually understood and properly commissioned. I had previously struggled to find a contractor who was both truly knowledgeable about older radiant-heating systems and professional enough to tackle a modernization like this. That search is officially over. Bee’s really proved to be a one-stop shop ... from everyday plumbing repairs to a sophisticated whole-home radiant heating and domestic hot-water upgrade. Jeff is now at the top of my list for plumbing and heating work, and I would recommend him and the Bee’s team without hesitation to anyone considering a Navien combi system, radiant heating work, or simply looking for a plumber they can trust. Outstanding work by Jeff, Travis, Andreas, and the entire Bee’s Plumbing & Heating team. Five stars, easily.

My water heater broke so I called Bee’s Plumbing to get it replaced. They were able to have a plumber come out for same day service. Sam provided me an estimate right on site and explained payment options. Both Sam and Michael were very professional, courteous and respectful. They replaced my old heater and took the old one. Sam answered all my questions. Great customer service! Thank you
Jordan H. was an absolute expert when installing our toilets and shower heads. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable as first time homebuyers. He informed us of the process, was transparent when answering questions, and ensured outstanding cleanliness during installation. He even went out of his way to make the installation areas look cleaner than they were before. I’ll definitely continue to use their services for my home, and would recommend them and especially Jordan H. to anyone.
I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Bee’s Plumbing answered my call quickly and had Sam Sr and Michael out in 2 hours. Pretty impressive. The other plumber I called never called me back. They determined that the sprayer was leaking. As we couldn’t determine the brand of the old existing faucet for replacement parts, we went with a new faucet. They had a replacement faucet on their truck. They were able to swap it out quickly and took a look at all of our other plumbing systems. I got them to tighten up a bathroom faucet that was loose. We were happy with the repair. They are probably not the most affordable option out there. If you want to save money, you would have to put more effort into buying the parts yourself and finding an installer. For a quick full service company, they did a good job.
I had Doc from Bee's come out and help me replace an uncommon shower cartridge today. He and his apprentice were very helpful and easy to work with. I appreciated his high level of experience and found the price to be very reasonable for a quick job like this.
