CNE Electrical Contractors gave me a very professional complete estimate on work to be performed. Alec scheduled the work for the following week. Since I decided to supply the lighting and had to allow shipping from Texas, I had to change my installation date. Alec called another customer and was able to switch our dates. Alec told me that Nick would be our installer. Nick arrived on the date as promised. He wanted to review deliverables and expectations. He also accommodated my last minute changes. Nick installed ten T8 compatible shop lights, eight in the basement and two in the garage. He relabeled my circuit box, brought my water heater and water meter into code, added three switch boxes, capped old pull chain light fixtures, and ran new wiring with conduit. The work was impeccable. Nick removed all boxes and trash, leaving my basement cleaner than it was when he arrived. If I need electrical work in the future, I will not hesitate to call CNE Electrical Contractors.

CNE disconnected all knob and tube electrical from my home and rewired everything within 3 days. Alec was extremely responsive to my emails throughout the entire process and offered solutions for each of my concerns. While updating all of the wiring, Nick was transparent about the status of the project and inquired on my preferences at different stages. Mike and Joe assisted on the project as well and all four of them treated my belongings and home with respect. Despite a complete rewire, the plaster/drywall damage was mostly minimal and I was able to repair almost all of it on my own. The price was also much lower than I anticipated for a complete rewire and the additional 3-5 outlets per room has granted me significantly more freedom in the layout of my home. CNE did great work and the disconnection of the knob and tube electrical will open me up to significantly more home insurance options. Thank you.
We had a great experience with CNE Electrical Contractors! Blake was amazing! He was responsive and gave us a quote very quickly. His quote was reasonable and honest. He knew we were an out of state client, so he made sure to give us a step by step progress by sending us updates and photos. They completed their work in a week! That included permits with the city of Cleveland, which can take a while on its own. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work you may need.
