This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. Especially if you love friendly staff fantastic rooms comfortable pillows a fully stocked breakfast buffet and yummy hot snacks with cocktails at dinner time. Just such a wonderful experience. We visited Cleveland from Detroit after we lost our long time pet. We were super sad and wanted to go on a mini trip to clear our thoughts. I'm so glad we chose the Drury Plaza Hotel and I can't wait to come back. And the valet guys were awesome. Antonio was super friendly and knowledgeable and instantly put us in a great mood when we arrived. Thank you Drury staff! Sandy and Nick
By far one of the best hotel experiences my sister and I have ever had! Upon arrival, Nya helped give suggestions for local restaurants and was quick to help with any questions we had. We had a room on the 5th floor with a great view of the Christmas lights and the gigantic Key Tower, looking around at the historical buildings was amazing. Yunus and Layne were attentive and very approachable with any issues we had. The location of the hotel is great and it felt very safe walking, even at night. I am so grateful that it was in walking distance of most places we visited. The nightly rate was very reasonable and the valet parking was reliable. We went to the Kickback every evening (it's a complimentary dinner buffet and you get a drink ticket to get up to 3 alcoholic drinks per person between 5:30pm-7pm. We didn't even have to go out for dinner! It saved us so much money and headache of choosing a place to eat. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I've been telling all my friends and coworkers about my experience and I hope they will experience it for themselves someday! We are definitely coming back!

We had a great night at the Drury! The room was large, clean and very comfortable. There are some meals included and we didn't want to go out after traveling, so that was a great surprise. Every staff person we met was welcoming, helpful and kind. I would definitely stay at a Drury again.
Great re-use of a building - instead of tearing it down, Drury reimagined the former department of education office space into a beautiful hotel. Some classic items like murals, phone booth and mail shoot were left intact and each adds to the character of this unique hotel space. Our 2 room suite was huge! Breakfast and the evening kickback menus changed daily and the food was well stocked. The food staff was attentive and friendly despite being very busy. The hotel did not provide enough towels(4) for our family of 5. It was an issue daily. The front desk took care of extra towels. I did answer a hotel survey the next day and I received a call from the manager (Lane) about my towel concerns. I felt that I was valued as a customer and he listened to my concerns. Also, Yunus at the front desk is amazing, welcoming, friendly and a genuinely happy personality- the perfect person to represent your hotel.
Stayed here one night and was very comfortable in the room. Beds were clean and soft, bathroom in good shape, large TV, coffee in rooms, microwave and small fridge. Best part was the free delicious dinner and drinks in the evening, and the free great breakfast in the morning, too! (Parking was a bit expensive $40 per night.) But location was good -- in downtown, not too far away from restaurants, museums, casino, etc. overall, I recommend this hotel for short stays. Oh, almost forgot: indoor heated pool and large hot tub for relaxing.
