We had a great stay. The amenities offered here made staying at Drury a no brainer. Breakfast and dinner buffets both included. Seems they feature a main entree each night (pulled pork, Cole slaw and baked beans was the featured eve entree). There was also hot dogs, nachos, baked potatoes and salad on the buffet. Freshly popped popcorn is also free and available in the lobby from 4-8. The staff was among the friendliest of service staff I've encountered for a while. Valet, front desk, dining staff, and management were all exceptional. Management was even actively checking on guests during dinner. Couple minor issues with cleanliness: we noticed is that the pool had a lot of debris/ build up. Also one ledge along windows in the dining room also hadn't been wiped down for a while. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Overall, exceptional stay and relatively minor issues.
We had a great night at the Drury! The room was large, clean and very comfortable. There are some meals included and we didn't want to go out after traveling, so that was a great surprise. Every staff person we met was welcoming, helpful and kind. I would definitely stay at a Drury again.

I had a fantastic stay at the Drury, as always. The room was spacious and clean and the service was top notch. The food in the evenings was so convenient and the chicken fajitas were fire. Also, I have to give a shout out to Andrew, the valet. My bag was enormously heavy and he was so helpful in getting it into my car for me. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay here again
I have no reason to stay at any other place in Cleveland: the Drury is perfect. Great location. Interesting building. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates including not just complimentary breakfast, but dinner too! 5:30-7 each night there is a small buffet with substantial selection AND a couple of free drinks, also! You do have to be aware of the added valet parking charge. You really have no other choice. But all the extras make it worth it. The pool and hot tub are nice, clean, not fancy, but good temperatures. There's a beautiful reading park across the street. Its a 10 minute walk to the Hall of Fame. Nice showers. Highly recommend.
We booked a 1 king size bed room for out sons birthday trip. Upon arrival the valet staff were very polite and hotel staff helped us load our bags inside. The front desk staff were very kind and joked around with our son making him smile ear to ear. The 530 kick back food was AMAZING we had chicken fajitas with street corn. The kids played in the huge pool and hot tub 2x and it was very clean. Also the complimentary breakfast was delicious with lots of options for our children. We wery Happy with our stay and would book again at this beautiful hotel. We highly recommend.
