I had a great experience at this office. Dr. Askins was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Joyanna was also amazing—friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They both made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this office and appreciate the excellent care I received!
I haven’t been to the dentist in a fairly long time due to being treated like a dollar sign and not a person. I needed to be seen today for some dental pain and searched all around the Dallas area, I took a chance and today was my first visit to Knox village dentistry and the experience was amazing. From the front office ladies, shout out Ms Joanne to my provider Dr Bui everyone was very welcoming, helpful and informative. I’m ready to begin my treatment here and hope others take a chance and stop by! You won’t regret it, I know I don’t!

Dr. Askins, Joanna and the staff at Knox Village Dentistry have been such a breath of fresh air! They are very kind and attentive to detail. Dr. Askins is gentle and has an excellent bedside manner. I've gotten cleanings, crowns, fillings, and extractions at Knox Village Dentistry and have no complaints. I highly recommend this dental practice!
On May 12 I got a follow up call from Joanna to bring my son to the dentist. I was greeted professionally and was made asked what times frames worked best for me and my son. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable of her office and what it offered to the point I ended up making an appointment for myself and signing up with there dental plan. Once I got the office I was greeted by Nuvio with a smile and a vibrant personality. All the staff in the back including the dentist were very kid oriented with there approach to making him feel comfortable and safe to trust them inside his mouth, lol. My son ask a lot of questions about what is about to happen and there answers were on point to allow him to trust them.
My visit was great. Despite it being a Monday, the staff was friendly, welcoming and friendly. My cleaning experience was great, and almost fell asleep. Gotta get one of those chairs. I highly recommend!!
