Terrible. Let me start by saying the communication from them is beyond awful. I called them and did research before hand everything seemed fine, it was nearby, good reviews thought it was perfect for my car repair. I had a scheduled appt at 10:30am on Friday morning and the car was towed there. It was almost 1pm Friday and I had not heard from them. I gave them a call and they hadn’t even started looking at it even with an appt at 2 and a half hours prior. First red flag, he said he would call back by end of day and never did. Saturday came no call, nothing. I called first thing Monday morning visibly upset mainly with the lack of communication and they said they are working on it “right now” that was Monday morning at like 10am, I had to interrogate for any info bc they weren’t telling me nothing. Long story short, they didn’t know what was going on and they could not be honest. They finally said they can’t pin point what is going on but have replaced a sensor or two without even telling me first. They said they would call end of day Monday and of course did not. We called back today Tuesday morning which is today and it ended up with them saying to come pick up the car bc we are putting too much pressure on them to figure out what’s wrong. Keep in mind they had it 3 FULL business days and 5 total. Yeah, we immediately set up a tow to have it towed to another mechanic who knows what they’re doing or at the very least, have better communication with trying to figure out what’s wrong. If they communicated with us at least ONCE, maybe things would be different. They need to be honest and have better communication. Lack of knowledge and poor communication is what ultimately lost my business. Do better and if you guys can’t figure it out, let people know so we don’t waste anymore time, other people do work and have obligations as well.

An excellent and honest shop full of hard workers. They had a 12-14 hour job done on my car in just a couple days During the repair of my car they understandably asked for a partial payment since i was doing a major 2000$ repair. After I made the payment they took me back to where my car was being worked on and showed me what they are doing, what was removed, and even allowed me to inspect my engine while it was taken apart. Once the repair was complete i noticed they had cleaned off all the parts they had removed like my intake and valve covers. Dont let the area throw you off, this is a good honest shop. Excellent shop and I will be taking my car for more repairs if i need to.
We were traveling through Phoenix, AZ and we were looking for a mechanic near me, and on Google we came up with Perez Auto Repairs, we arrived and they fixed our family car quickly, they recommended that we install the "Intoxalock Ignition Interlock Device" and it was wonderful, their mechanics are fast and efficient, thank you for everything, we recommend them, for us they are already the best car shop in Phoenix! 5 Stars for you!
I usually hate dealing with car repairs because I never know who to trust, but this place explained every charge clearly before touching anything. They fixed my leaking radiator and didn’t add random surprise fees at pickup. That alone earned my respect.
This auto shop is the real deal. From the start I could tell I was I the right place. My Lincoln had been running rough for awhile. I took it in and they showed me why. They gave me a great price, and I couldn't be happier that I got the work done. My car drives like new again! Their prices for parts even beat the local auto stores. Shout out to Victor, thank you! Bottom line is this, they cared about getting my car fixed, and not the almighty $$. I will always go back, and I'll refer anyone needing a good, honest mechanic. I can see why they've been in business so long. Great work!
