ICON was a pleasure to work with. Our original main level layout was very compartmentalized with a small dining room and kitchen. We knew we wanted to open everything up into an open kitchen/living concept but had no idea where to start. We called Eric, and he helped us put our dream kitchen on paper and physically bring it to life from the design to the actual finishing details. Eric, Neha and their crew were extremely nice, accommodating, and kept the worksite clean, which was a blessing as we were living in it. As the project went along, there were a few bumps in the road, last minute changes and a timeline push due to my wife and I expecting our first child. That was no issue for them. They took in every change and problem with no hesitation, worked OT and made everything look amazing. We are still in awe at how great our main level looks. We are very grateful for all the work Eric, Neha and their crew have done and would 100% use them again. We highly recommend using them for any project, no matter how big or small!

From our family to the ICON family, we cannot say THANK YOU enough for their hard work on our daughter’s nursery who will be here in a little under 2-weeks as well as our 11-year olds room remodel. We were on a time crunch in trying to find a contractor, and ICON and their owner Eric made it happen! We were 1st impressed by Neha who is the most lovely individual you will ever have pickup your call when contacting a company. I’m pretty sure she runs that place lol :) If you need it, she makes it happen. She is super involved throughout the entire remodeling process and became almost like a long distance family member having chats over the phone. My husband and I both would find ourselves chatting with her over the phone sometimes even in the same day. You can tell this company really treats their own like family and they make you feel like theirs. Chris also does exemplary work! Living in an old farm house, he did a LOT of skimming, patching, sanding and multiple coats of painting on our trim and horse hair plaster walls. God love him, he definitely put in the work! (He also developed a nice friendship with our English Lab). Eric the owner was highly involved in the process from beginning to end . After they finished our daughters nursery, they began work on remodeling our sons room and on the last day Eric worked from morning until almost 10 at night to finish his room, again, so work would be complete prior to the arrival of our daughter. I could go on and on, and I know there were additional team members that did work on our home, I just do not know their names, so thank you to them as well for the exceptional work!!! They built new closets in the rooms for the kids and we are thrilled to have functioning closets for them to organize their clothes and belongings as they grow up. Hands down would 100% recommend and we fully intend on using their services in the future for some additional rooms we want transformed.
