We found Icon via Google Reviews. After interviewing the owner Tomasz along with several other contractors, we went with Icon. It was a fantastic decision! They were clean and efficient, and extremely professional. Tomasz and his team also helped inform several design decisions for the best user-experience. We are so satisfied with this bathroom update! The tiles were tricky but the Icon team took the time and effort to make it perfect. The difference is huge! If we have a major project pop up again, I’d call him up in a heart beat. In the meantime, we have been recommending him to our friends with confidence.
We had a great experience working with Tomasz on our condo bathroom renovation. His craftsmanship, communication and professionalism stood out throughout the project. We especially appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was throughout the renovation. We ran into one small issue along the way but once it was brought to his attention, it was addressed and corrected immediately. We looove our new bathroom and are so happy with how it turned out! I couldn't recommend Tomasz and his team at Icon more highly. We hired Icon for GC work on a bathroom renovation project. Communication with Tomasz was great from the start. They gave us a very competitive quote/estimate and project timeline and everything came in exactly as we discussed. Tomasz and his team (Ziggy and Emilio) were super professional, helpful with suggestions when we needed an extra opinion and super respectful. The work was amazing, we are thrilled with our new full bath. We would hire Tomasz and team again in a heartbeat for our next project and have been recommending them to neighbors already.
