They repaired damaged areas using TPO tape and patches, sealed the roof stacks, removed problem sections, and applied two coats of MLS roof coating for extra protection. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair, and the crew was professional and efficient. The MLS coating comes with a 10-year leak-free warranty, and they also gave us a 1-year workmanship warranty. Importantly, they were able to come out within 24 hours when other contractors were telling me it would be a few weeks for assessment.
