I would highly recommend Sebastian in the property damage dept as he was very kind, courteous, and helpful with my claim. He was very proactive in handling my claim by keeping me updated and he delivered as promised. It's very comforting when you don't have to chase someone down just to get updates and you are treated like a person and not just a number.
