We needed our roof replaced and reached out to Cascade Roofing. From the first contact with Nels, to the last day they were at our home, this company was professional and courteous. The bid was reasonable, and Nels took time to review line items with us so we fully understood cost of replacement. Their bid was slightly higher than some others I received, but after some back and forth with a few questions I had it was clear they knew what they were doing and would deliver a high quality result. We were not disappointed! The new roof looks great, they repaired some minor sagging sections and rotting decking, and I can feel confident knowing our roof is now in great shape. They are ethical and stand by their quality work. We noted one window screen was damaged after the roof work, and they quickly arranged replacement for us. I recommend Cascade Roofing to anyone in need of roof work.

Cascade Roofing did a spectacular job of replacing my roof which was 22 years old and in bad shape. They were courteous and knowledgeable in the bid process, told me exactly what they would do and kept me up to date on time of installation. During the project they let me know if any sheeting needed replacing (two small spots that had started to rot) and worked fast. They also replaced all my old vents. The 2.5 day project took 1.5 days and the yard was left almost spotless. I would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone who wants a high quality roof. Love the look of it, especially the way they did the ridges!
We had an awesome experience with Cascade Roofing. We had a 3 layer tear off and needed all new sheeting and roofing . The estimator came out and told us what to expect, they were competitive. During installation the crew was clean and respectful of the property and they worked very hard to clean up from the huge tear off we had. The property was kept spotless. They worked hard every day to minimize our disruption. It was like watching a well oiled machine…they had a system in place for everything. Tarps to haul off the old and systems for adding the sheeting and roof. It was completely done in 3 days!!! They had 8 people working on our roof. It was incredible. Highly recommend!
We recently had to replace our roof and chose Cascade Roofing. We were very impressed with the entire process. The crew was very considerate, professional, and very easy to work with. They also did some custom work to prepare for new gutters. We were very pleased with the end product and the entire process. Communications were great. The site was left clean when done. I have no complaints. You cannot go wrong with Cascade Roofing.
